The Process

With any embroidery job the cost will depend on the amount of stitches in a design. It is therefore imperative that you email your logo or design over to us in order for us to give you an accurate quotation for the job. We would love to give quotations over the phone but we can’t cost anything until we have an idea of what you are looking for.

We can accept the following file formats: .tif, .tiff, .eps, .jpg, .jpeg, .psd, bmp, .doc. If you cannot provide us with a file in one of the above formats please email us with either a link to a website showing the logo or any other source of media that we can get an idea of what you require.

Digitising your logo

To embroider your logo we must first digitise your design or text in order to produce a jacquard (which is essentially a digital template for the machine to follow).

Jacquard charge from £15.00 for a standard logo.

This is a one-off charge that will be kept on file should you need to do a re-run of the same design.

Lead times

Our standard lead time is 24 hours – 10 days however most of our enquiries require a faster turnaround than this so we try our best to work with our clients towards their deadlines. Should you need us to work some “magic” and deliver the job within 24 – 48 hours please call us to discuss our Express Service. (Please be aware the word “magic” = overtime staff = additional costs).
